As a Construction Technician / Construction Manager (m/f/d) you will support all processes in the areas of planning, construction, coordination as well as landscape ecology and environment.

In this field of activity you have a talent for coordination, an independent way of working and enjoy working with people. From our unique location in Usingen, you will help change the world of satellite communications.

• Preparation of design and implementation plans for internal and external projects
• Controlling and managing (construction management/construction supervision) projects until completion
• Preparation of cost estimates and project budgeting for the release of construction invoices
• Coordination and technical management of the project team consisting of externally and internally involved specialists
• Preparation of decision documents for the executive board
• Coordination of procedures with approval authorities
• General documentation and construction projects as well as participation in construction meetings

• Degree as a state-certified technician in the field of construction engineering or a completed master craftsman's examination in a comparable field or a comparable qualification
• Extensive knowledge in the handling of construction or technical projects
• Experience in the implementation of compensatory measures and construction in outdoor areas as well as in project management
• Hands-on mentality
• High level of commitment, assertiveness and flexibility
• Independent, structured, careful and customer-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Required language skills: German - C1, English - B1
