Technical project manager in the field of data communication (m/f/d)

As a project manager (m/f/d) at MBS Holding you are the best questioner and coordinator to lead our national and international projects and to complete them successfully together with the MBS team.

In this field of activity you have a sound training in the procedures of project management. You have the ability and willingness to take overall responsibility for projects, from proposal preparation to handover to operations in terms of deadlines / costs / quality. From our unique location in Usingen you will help to change the world of satellite business.

As a project manager (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for all projects assigned to you, from proposal preparation to operation.

These include:

• the termination and moderation of project meetings
• coordinating all project-relevant activities
• ensuring information and communication
• integrating the views of all parties involved, conflict management/ de-escalation of emerging conflicts
• organizing the technical clarification of issues (customers/ suppliers/ internal specialists/ internal experts)
• Monitoring of deadline/cost/quality issues and active problem solving for existing problems
• Ensuring the creation of necessary documentation (e.g. project plans, specifications, project tracking)

• The best questioner of your previous position to penetrate the aspects of a project
• Sound education in project management (PMI, IPMA or comparable)
• Ability and willingness to take overall responsibility for projects
• High degree of interest, willingness to learn and develop, with regard to dealing with people in a project environment
• Active and solution-oriented, cooperative and appreciative approach in conflict situations
• Very good technical and business understanding
• Required language skills: English - C1
