Dispatcher (m/f/d) Incident Management

• 24/7 service monitoring of the services and infrastructure at our main site in Usingen
• Communication (first point of contact) for MBS customers, incident intake, service notifications, etc., mainly in English
• Ownership for the track and trace of the incident- and problem management tickets.
• Maintain the installed base documentation, customer and service information and documenting (customer specific) way of working documents

• Very good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
• Stress resistance, reliability, punctuality and technical affinity
• Very good communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7)
• Required language skills: English - C1
