Product Manager (m/f/d) - Sensor Suite

We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) for our new "Sensor Suite" product line as soon as possible. The Sensor Suite is a highly integrated, modular sensor system paired with innovative transmission technology and AI-supported analysis tools. With our Sensor Suite, we already serve customers from the public safety, transportation and automotive sectors.

• Establishment and overall responsibility of the operational & strategic product management "Sensor Suite" (commercial & technical)
• Introduction of the product in the respective market segment, including release & product support planning
• Planning & control of the entire product life cycle including product controlling in terms of sales, costs, quality and profitability
• Strategic technology and customer monitoring, with the aim of a market and solution-oriented strategy alignment

• Overall responsibility for product definition and its market & technology fit
• Continuous development & control of the product roadmap
• Determination of sales conditions and pricing
• Development of additional product features or complementary products
• Definition and monitoring of product realization schedules

• Successfully completed studies in engineering or business administration or completed vocational training with additional specialist training
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in product and project management of technical products requiring explanation (hardware & software components)
• Good technical affinity and understanding of technical contexts (systemic thinking)
• Very good communication skills as well as creativity, flexibility and a high level of initiative
• Entrepreneurial thinking through goal and result orientation, structured self-management and ability to work in a team
• Assertiveness, negotiating skills and strong implementation skills in operational management
• Good user knowledge of the common MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
• Required language skills: German - C1, English - B2
