As a Finance Project Manager (m/f/d), you are passionate about optimising our processes. We rely on your expertise to develop creative solutions and refine our processes.

• Management and independent execution of projects - from conception to successful implementation
• Responsibility in managing internal and external resources for the implementation of projects as well as monitoring project progress
• Redesign and optimization of company processes - Independent development and implementation of proactive strategies to improve them
• Ensuring the interface function between the individual specialist departments
• Independent and professional preparation of evaluations, reports, decision templates and analyses

• University degree in the field of "International Management", "Business Administration" or a comparable qualification - high affinity for numbers
• First professional experience in the field of business development or in project development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Conceptual, organized and agile way of working with a high level of commitment through independent action
• Flexibility, a high degree of conscientiousness and the drive to find innovative solutions
• Knowledge in the use of MS Office programs as well as a good handling of ERP systems
• Required language skills: German - C1, English - C1
