Specialist Warehouse Logistics (m/f/d)

As a sepcialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the classic forwarding activities of advising and organizing transport, handling and storage processes (TUL process), taking into account economic, scheduling and organizational aspects with a focus on logistics.

• Planning and organisation of goods dispatch, handling, storage and other logistics services, taking into account relevant legal regulations and environmental protection aspects
• Receiving and checking incoming goods at the site
• The position therefore also requires regular physical activity, e.g. lifting loads
• Checking the type and quantity of goods to be dispatched and preparing the necessary documents (packing data sheets, delivery notes, etc.)
• Professional packaging and securing of devices, small parts and accessories for shipping at home and abroad
• Consolidation of consignments into larger load units, if possible
• Compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations in consultation with external logistics companies and provision of the necessary insurance cover if required
• Fulfilment of all shipping regulations and freight documents in accordance with international letter of credit regulations
• Correspondence and communication with business partners and customers
• Picking materials and reporting deviations

• Completed commercial training, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics services or in the logistics sector in general
• Good knowledge and experience of transport, handling and storage processes
• Class B driving licence and ideally a forklift driving licence
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on mentality, high level of commitment and mental flexibility as well as a strong ability to work in a team and a high degree of reliability
• Good analytical thinking and abstraction skills,
• Sense of responsibility, organisational, planning and negotiating skills as well as persuasiveness, assertiveness and confident time management
• Required language skills: German - C1, English - B1
