• Monitoring of services and services at the Usingen site
• Communication and correspondence with customers in the event of inquiries or faults, predominantly in English after training
• Data maintenance, processing and documentation of customer concerns

• Very good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
• Stress resistance, reliability, punctuality and technical affinity
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7)
• Required language skills: English - C1
