As a Clerk (m/f/d) in the Finance and Business Administration department, you will be responsible for tasks in the areas of purchasing and accounting and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our company.
Your tasks:
Accounting department:

  • Invoice verification and posting
  • Supporting the sales team in the preparation of quotations and order processing
  • Maintenance of customer data and information in the ERP system (Abas)
  • Master data maintenance

Purchasing department:

  • Supporting the purchasing process by procuring goods and services
  • Creation and management of orders and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Communication with suppliers to clarify prices, availability and delivery conditions
  • Supervision of commercial projects
Your profile: 
  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in purchasing or accounting is desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in the use of ERP software is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a service-orientated mindset
  • Ability to work in a team, organisational talent and a structured way of working
  • Required language skills: German - C1, English - B2
