Data Scientist (m/f/d)

We operate data and voice communications via satellite and data networks - worldwide and in space. Our expertise ranges from traditional satellite services to customised applications in the fields of new space, automation and artificial intelligence.

As part of the ‘New Space’ team, you will help develop the products for a new satellite constellation.

• Development of processes and algorithms: You will design processes and algorithms to analyse RF data and create reports for our customers.
• Expertise for satellite software and ground segment: You will use your expertise to develop algorithms for the satellite software and the ground segment.
• Support in system engineering: You will support system engineering during the design phase of new satellite iterations
• Provision of (AI) models or algorithms: You will develop models or algorithms for processing on the satellite.
• Validation of assumptions: You will deepen our understanding by creating customised satellite tasks to validate our assumptions.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications engineering or a related field.
• You have in-depth knowledge of analysing RF data (SIGINT, ELINT)
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English to work effectively in a team
• A passion for satellites and space is desirable as it will help you to navigate our specialised environment.
• Knowledge of version control systems (GitLab CI/CD) is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is desirable.
• Current knowledge of data science is an advantage.
• Required language skills: English - B2
