We operate data and voice communications via satellite and data networks - worldwide and in space. Our expertise ranges from traditional satellite services to customised applications in the fields of new space, automation and artificial intelligence.
 
The full season was founded as part of a carve-out with a transfer of operations. The new operating unit has been active in the field of content management, playout and distribution both nationally and internationally since 1996. The company employs around 60 people at its headquarters in Munich/ Unterföhring.
 
The aim of the new company is to utilise the existing service portfolio and customer base to transform the business from a simple service model into a trust-based partnership model with providers and customers in order to develop growth opportunities.
Your tasks:
  • You will ensure a smooth office routine and take over office management - including appointment management and coordination
  • You will be responsible for everything the Brüo needs - from purchasing to equipment
  • As the first point of contact (m/f/d) for administrative personnel issues, you will support our employees - in close cooperation with our headquarters in Usingen
  • Careful maintenance and administration of our personnel documents
  • You will give new colleagues a warm welcome and help them settle in at our site
  • You will be actively involved in the further development and optimisation of internal processes and help shape our day-to-day work
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in office management - ideally with initial contact in the field of human resources
  • Organisation is in your blood and you know how to set priorities correctly
  • With your strong communication skills, team spirit and the necessary discretion, you are convincing in your day-to-day work
  • Independent, structured and proactive way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office and possibly initial experience with HR tools
  • Required language skills: German - C2, English - B2
