The full season GmbH was founded as part of a carve-out with a transfer of operations. The new operating unit has been active in the areas of content management, playout and distribution nationally and internationally since 1996. The company employs around 60 people at its headquarters in Munich/Unterföhring.
The goal of the new company is to transform the existing service portfolio and customer base around the business from a simple service model to a trusting partnership model with vendors and customers to develop growth opportunities.
As an supporter, you are the central contact person for technology and customer service, monitor the broadcasting operations of over 50 channels and take care of support, special broadcasts and live broadcasts.
- Monitoring and operation of the transmission automation and server systems
- Ensuring transmission quality and reporting faults, including ticket creation
- Support in first- and second-level support to maintain broadcasting operations
- Control and monitoring of DVB transmitters and associated technology
- Communication with customers in case of inquiries or disruptions
- Maintenance and documentation of technical data and customer concerns
- Very good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
- Stress resistance, reliability, punctuality, accuracy, multitasking and technical affinity
- Willingness to work regular shifts
- Required language skills: English - B2
