Support NOC - Network Operation Center (m/f/d)

At our location in Unterföhring near Munich, around 60 colleagues are working to rethink technical media services – from content management and playout to distribution. We value short decision-making processes, independent work and an environment in which everyone can actively contribute.

As a supporter, you are the central contact person for technology and customer service, monitor the broadcasting operations of over 50 channels and take care of support, special broadcasts and live broadcasts. This position is based on-site at our offices in Unterföhring near Munich.

• Very good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
• Stress resistance, reliability, punctuality, accuracy, multitasking and technical affinity
• Willingness to work regular shifts
• Required language skills: English - B2
