To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed HR Officer (m/f/d) – Development (full-time or part-time) who will actively help shape our personnel development processes and act as a link between HR, employees and managers.
Your tasks:
  • Development and maintenance of a modern training programme (face-to-face & digital)
  • Management of external training providers and collaboration with internal subject matter experts
  • Creation, maintenance and evaluation of talent data (skills, qualifications) for strategic personnel development
  • Design and further development of internal HR communication (e.g. the company's own employee app)
  • Design, implementation and evaluation of learning and development measures
  • Organisation of and participation in our MBS Expedition
  • Advising managers on employee development
  • Collaboration on cross-departmental HR projects and implementation of HR initiatives for the further development of the HR strategy
Your profile: 
  • Completed degree with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in human resources, ideally with a focus on personnel and organisational development
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management, learning management systems (LMS) and the didactic design of learning programmes
  • Experience in managing HR projects and working with various specialist departments
  • Strong communication skills, organisational skills and conceptual thinking
  • Initiative and enjoyment in actively shaping change
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness and ability to provide flexible, generalist support to other HR areas
  • Required language skills: German - C1, English - B2
