To strengthen our marketing team, the event manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for event marketing in national and international markets and will also support strategic brand communication.
Your tasks:
  • Responsibility for developing event concepts aimed at strengthening the brand, acquiring new customers or retaining existing ones.
  • Overall planning, organisation and implementation of national and international trade fairs and customer events.
  • Responsibility for event budget planning, cost monitoring and economic performance review, including negotiating terms and conditions and checking invoices
  • Ensuring smooth communication between all departments involved
  • Evaluating and following up on events to derive optimisation measures
  • Taking over inventory management, maintenance and provision of advertising materials, equipment and trade fair equipment
  • Collaborating on the conception, creation and publication of content for our social media channels
Your profile: 
  • Several years of experience in event and trade fair management, ideally in the B2B/technology environment and/or defence industry
  • Strong organisational skills with a high degree of personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, confident manner and service orientation
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Desirable: Initial experience in social media, content writing and website maintenance (WordPress)
  • Required language skills: German – C2, English – C1
  • Willingness to travel to selected events (mainly in Europe)
