To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed recruiter, full-time or part-time, who is enthusiastic about filling vacancies with the right candidates and developing modern recruiting approaches with us.
Your tasks:
- Preselection of applications, including friendly and professional telephone contact with applicants
- Organisation, coordination and support for interviews (online and on site)
- Ongoing support and communication with candidates throughout the application process
- Close cooperation with the specialist departments to coordinate requirement profiles and create job profiles for publication
- Assistance in developing a structured active sourcing strategy, particularly via social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Preparation of short reports and evaluations for the team management
- Support with administrative issues such as contract drafting
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training with exposure to human resources or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in recruiting or active sourcing, e.g. through internships, working student positions or a first position in HR
- Interest in modern recruiting trends, social media and digital sourcing tools
- Thanks to your understanding of various areas of responsibility, you will work with the department to develop meaningful job profiles
- You communicate clearly, friendly and confidently, also when dealing with external recruiters
- Your communication skills, openness and confident manner make you a valued contact person
- Ability to work in a team and willingness and ability to provide flexible support to other HR departments in a generalist capacity
- Required language skills: German - C1, English - B2
