In this field of activity, you have a sound education in project management procedures. You have the ability and willingness to take on overall responsibility for projects, from the preparation of quotations to handover to operations in terms of deadlines, costs and quality.
Your tasks
- Coordination of all project-related activities
- Requirements management: analysis, definition and prioritisation
- Sparring partner for customers/suppliers/internal specialist departments/experts on technical issues
- Claims management: ensuring information and communication through careful and detailed logging
- Integration of the views of all parties involved, conflict management (de-escalation of emerging conflicts)
- Ensuring clear communication of information between all stakeholders and integration of their perspectives.
- Scheduling and moderating project meetings
- Monitoring and tracking deadlines, costs, resources and quality issues, as well as actively solving problems in the event of complications
- Preparing necessary documentation (e.g. project plans, specifications, project tracking, reports)
Your profile
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, telecommunications engineering or aerospace engineering, or a comparable qualification with a technical focus
- Several years of experience in technical planning and project management, ideally in the field of antenna systems, high-frequency technology or satellite communications.
- Certification in project management (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2 or comparable)
- Several years of experience in the technical management of project teams
- Active and solution-oriented, cooperative and appreciative approach to conflict situations
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and excellent organisational skills
- High level of interest, willingness to learn and develop in terms of dealing with people in a project environment
- Home office option available, but highly project-dependent (mix of weekly or block attendance)
- Required language skills: English - C1, German - not essential
