As a knowledgeable point of contact and subject-matter expert, you accompany and support customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in complex and highly regulated markets and critical applications to identify risks, develop strategies, and future-proof their organizations as well as our portfolio and its delivery.

Your tasks
  • You are the central point of contact for customer and partner inquiries, requirements, and improvement suggestions within the Service Delivery organization
  • You represent the customer internally, ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements, and further develop them as needed
  • You coordinate regular alignment meetings with all relevant stakeholders, document them, and track resulting actions and decisions
  • You define quality standards, further develop them when required, and monitor compliance Based on this, you prepare monthly reports for the accounts/services you manage
  • You create monthly reports and perform KPI reporting for the accounts/services under your responsibility
  • You coordinate and manage Service Level Management, Availability Management, and the ITIL processes related to the supported services
  • Depending on requirements, you play an active role in building and further developing Service Management together with the other functions within the team
Your profile
  • A completed degree or vocational training in computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience as a Service Manager, Project Manager, or Account Manager in mid-sized or enterprise customer environments, ideally within security-sensitive and regulated markets
  • Strong expertise in ITIL and project management, with several years of practical experience and ideally relevant certifications. You possess a solid understanding of IT fundamentals
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools and confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • A strong customer and service orientation, excellent organizational skills, and a high awareness for quality are part of your professional mindset
  • With your confident appearance, strong communication skills, and business-fluent German and English, you ensure smooth communication and documentation
  • You have already successfully completed a security clearance in accordance with the German Security Clearance Act (SÜG) in previous roles, or you are willing to undergo the process
  • Required language skills: German – C1, English – C1
