As a Team Lead Network (m/f/d), you are the architect of our global network infrastructure and ensure that our systems communicate efficiently, securely, and reliably at all times. You will coordinate, optimize, and develop complex LAN, WAN, and cloud environments, and lead your team through challenging projects and innovations. With foresight and technical acumen, you will drive the next generation of our network technologies and actively shape the company’s digital future.

• Technical and managerial leadership of the network team, including staff planning, coaching, and professional development
• Ensuring stable, secure, and scalable operation of the entire network and firewall infrastructure across all locations
• Responsibility for network architectures, firewall and security solutions, and the integration of new technologies
• Management of IT projects in the network environment and prioritization of changes, incidents, and strategic initiatives
• Coordination and collaboration with internal departments and external service providers

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, telecommunications engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in networking, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing/switching, and security architectures
• Demonstrable leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, network technologies, and ITIL-based operational processes
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as a confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external partners
• Required language skills: German – C1, English – C1
