Motion Designer / 3D-Artist Space (m/w/d)

As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for the visual implementation of complex technical content in the space environment. Using high-quality 3D visualizations, animations, and motion graphics, you will make innovative technologies understandable, tangible, and emotional. Working closely with engineers and creative professionals, you will translate technical concepts into visual stories, shaping how products, processes, and visions are effectively presented.

• Creating high-quality 3D visualizations and animations for technical projects, processes, products, and innovations
• Developing compelling motion graphics that bring advanced technologies to life
• Visually presenting complex content in appealing, understandable, and emotional stories
• Working closely with engineers, developers, and other creative professionals in an interdisciplinary team

• Completed degree or training in 3D design, media design, animation, or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience in motion design and 3D
• Convincing portfolio showcasing your skills in 3D modeling, animation, motion graphics, and post-production—ideally with technical or industrial themes
• Confident use of 3D software of your choice
• In-depth knowledge of video production, motion design, and post-production, especially with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong aesthetic sense and a good eye for lighting, mood, and image composition
• Confident understanding of cinematic techniques such as camera work, timing, and dramaturgy
• Required language skills: German – C1, English – C1
