Become our Junior Sales Engineer, Products (m/f/d), the driving force behind our products. In this role, you combine technical expertise with strategic vision: you analyze markets, continuously develop our product portfolio, and successfully position our solutions from cost calculation through to go-to-market. Your goal: actively shape and advance our product landscape.

Your tasks
  • Develop & manage products: Drive technical product development and product management in the dynamic satellite communications environment
  • Build bridges: Act as the technical point of contact for sales, customers, and partners – from initial inquiry through implementation
  • Understand markets and customers: Capture customer requirements and conduct systematic market analysis
  • Shape proposals: Develop cost structures and provide technical support for bids, tenders, and customer proposals
  • Contribute to pricing & strategy: Support sales in developing pricing models and go-to-market strategies
  • Share knowledge: Document and prepare technical content for internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
  • Education: Degree in a technical field with business administration knowledge, or a degree in business or economics with a strong affinity for technology – alternatively, a vocational qualification with relevant professional experience, e.g. in technology-driven product management
  • Mindset: Analytical, structured, and self-organized, with a strong drive for continuous professional development
  • Project management: Proven project management skills
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal and external customers and partners
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Trustworthiness and discretion, combined with the willingness to undergo a security clearance in accordance with Section 8 of the German Security Clearance Act (SÜG) (Level Ü2 or higher)
  • Required language skills: English – C1, German – C2

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of satellite communications
  • Hands-on experience with data networks, IP networks, and routing
  • Practical experience in IT, telecommunications, or satellite communications product management
