You will work in the Purchasing department, assisting with the ordering of goods and services, maintaining contact with suppliers, and ensuring that materials are procured on time and under favorable terms.
Your tasks
• Supporting the purchasing process by procuring goods and services
• Creating and managing purchase orders and monitoring delivery dates
• Communicating with suppliers to clarify prices, availability, and delivery terms
• Managing commercial projects

Your profile
• Completed business training or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in purchasing or accounting is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience using ERP software is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and a structured approach to work
• Required language skills: German - C1, English - B2
