MBS is a German owner-managed company specializing in secure communications and space, with around 300 employees across the group. With our own ground stations in Germany and Europe as well as operational payloads in orbit, we have been developing and operating space-based solutions for government and industrial customers worldwide for almost 50 years. Our core services include satellite communications, satellite-based intelligence, and Managed Gateways.

• You identify high-potential talent before they actively start looking and bring them onto our radar through active sourcing
• In initial conversations, you quickly assess both professional and cultural fit, take ownership of pre-screening, and move the right candidates to the next stage
• You confidently conduct conversations with international candidates in both German and English, creating a positive and respectful candidate experience from the very beginning
• You manage the recruitment process in close collaboration with our specialist departments, guiding it smoothly from invitation to final decision, digitally or in person
• Through you, candidates experience recruiting differently: approachable, professional, fast, and on equal footing
• Together with hiring managers, you develop clear search profiles and fill roles that secure our day-to-day business and help drive our future forward

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with exposure to recruiting or HR
• Several years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or active sourcing, with a strong understanding of what drives successful hires
• Experience recruiting for international roles and hiring foreign professionals is a clear advantage
• You feel at home in active sourcing and proactively approach talent rather than waiting for applications
• You independently conduct candidate interviews, quickly identify potential, and make well-founded assessments with good judgment
• A true team player with strong communication skills who enjoys collaborating to find solutions
• Able to stay calm and resilient under pressure, even in dynamic environments
• Required language skills: German (C1), English (B2)
