As an owner-managed, mid-sized company specializing in satellite communications and space technology, we employ around 300 people across our locations in Germany, France, and Poland. With our own ground infrastructure, including the largest teleport in Germany, we have been developing and operating highly reliable satellite and data network communication solutions for government and industrial customers for over 45 years.

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Executive Board, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities, driving cross-functional initiatives, and enabling effective decision-making and execution across the organization.

Your Mission
  • Act as the central coordination point for the Executive Board, ensuring alignment on priorities, decisions, and key organizational topics
  • Drive and steer cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives across the organization
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, reporting routines, decision frameworks, and KPI tracking mechanisms
  • Translate management priorities into structured initiatives and ensure disciplined execution, follow-up, and progress tracking
  • Identify and resolve dependencies, bottlenecks, and escalations across functions and legal entities
  • Prepare decision materials, analyses, and recommendations based on operational performance, project status, and key business drivers
  • Coordinate Executive Board and leadership meetings, ensuring clear communication and implementation of outcomes
What You'll Bring to the Mission
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate development, PMO, or similar roles
  • Proven experience working closely with senior leadership and Executive Board stakeholders
  • Experience in transformation programs, organizational projects, or complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical and structuring capabilities with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable plans
  • Expertise in project steering, governance setup, and KPI-based performance management
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • High level of ownership, reliability, discretion, and a hands-on, solution-oriented working style
  • Required language skills: German – C1, English – B2
