Would you like to work with authorities, armed forces and system partners on solutions that really make a difference? Then you've come to the right place. We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales (m/f/d) to take our sales activities in the Government & Defence sector to the next level.

Your Mission
  • International sales responsibility and strategic expansion of our business in the Government & Defence sector – with a focus on national and international markets
  • Active establishment, maintenance and further development of relationships with authorities, partners, agents and key customers in the public and defence-related sectors
  • Analysis of procurement structures and decision-making processes of public clients – including identification of tenders and framework agreements
  • Coordination and preparation of bids, including technical, commercial and legal coordination – in compliance with deadlines and budgets
  • Support in business development through market, competition and trend analyses, in particular for the evaluation of new projects, technologies and regions
What You'll Bring to the Mission
  • A degree in engineering or business administration – alternatively, you are an experienced practitioner with relevant additional qualifications and a strong technical understanding (ideally with experience in the defence industry)
  • Several years of international sales experience in the defence, security or public sector – preferably with technical products and services that require explanation
  • In-depth knowledge of the market and industry, ideally complemented by a strong network of relevant stakeholders and proven experience in dealing with public tenders in the regulatory environment
  • An analytical, structured working style across all phases of the sales process – from market analysis to contract conclusion
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Trustworthiness and discretion, combined with a willingness to undergo security screening in accordance with § 8 SÜG (Ü2 or higher)
  • Required language skills: English - C1, German - C2
