Who We Are

MBS is a German owner-managed company specializing in secure communications and space, with around 300 employees across the group. With our own ground stations in Germany and Europe as well as operational payloads in orbit, we have been developing and operating space-based solutions for government and industrial customers worldwide for almost 50 years. Our core services include satellite communications, satellite-based intelligence, and Managed Gateways.

Working at MBS means making a direct contribution to Europe’s security infrastructure, with real responsibility from day one.

At MBS, you get the opportunity to experience New Space beyond the classroom and become part of real space projects. You will work alongside experienced project managers and technical teams, take ownership of your own tasks and gain first-hand insight into how ideas, technology and good planning come together to turn a concept into a real mission.

Your Mission
  • Project Support: You support the project management team in planning, coordinating and tracking an ambitious New Space project.
  • Organization: You prepare meetings and presentations and keep track of tasks, deadlines and follow-ups.
  • Project Transparency: You support project status reporting, documentation and the preparation of information for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: You work closely with project management, engineering and other internal and external partners.
  • Hands-on: You take ownership of smaller tasks and actively contribute to the development of our space projects.
