Electrician (m/f/d)

MBS is a German owner-managed company specializing in secure communications and space, with around 300 employees across the group. With our own ground stations in Germany and Europe as well as operational payloads in orbit, we have been developing and operating space-based solutions for government and industrial customers worldwide for almost 50 years. Our core services include satellite communications, satellite-based intelligence, and Managed Gateways.

As an Electrician (m/f/d), you ensure that our technical systems are safe, reliable and fully operational at all times. You install, maintain and inspect electrical systems, identify faults at an early stage and resolve them efficiently on site. With your technical expertise and careful approach, you make a direct contribution to keeping our infrastructure running smoothly and maintaining the highest safety standards.

• Installation, maintenance and servicing of electrical systems, equipment and control systems
• Carrying out safety inspections and electrical measurements, including documentation and reporting
• Analysing and troubleshooting faults and ensuring the operational safety of our technical infrastructure
• Contributing to the optimisation of processes, inspection routines and electrical installations
• Working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our systems

• Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electrical Technician or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in electrical installations, industrial electrical systems or maintenance
• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment
• Careful, reliable and independent way of working
• Team player with a hands-on approach and enjoyment of working directly on site
